Between November 15th and March 15th, the City of Clinton has alternate side parking between the hours of midnight and 8 a.m. Vehicles may park on the even numbered side of a street or avenue on those nights bearing an even calendar date and on the odd numbered side of a street or avenue on those nights bearing an odd calendar date, except where parking is normally restricted. |
