City Council Meetings The regular meetings of the Clinton City Council are held on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. The location is the Council Chamber on the Second Floor of City Hall located at 611 South 3rd Street. The regular business meeting is followed by a work session, known as the "Committee of the Whole" meeting. Agendas for these meetings are available by the end of the business day on the Friday before the meeting. Audience comment during the meeting is invited during the portion of the Agenda set aside for these comments. Prior to making their address to the City Council, Citizens are requested to complete an audience participation form that contains name, address, and topic to be discussed.
