CHAPTER NO. 2301

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 165 OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLINTON, IOWA BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE 1400 AND 1500 BLOCKS OF 13^TH AVENUE SOUTH FROM C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL) TO M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL).

 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLINTON, IOWA:

 Section 1.       Amendment.  Chapter 165 of the Ordinances of the City of Clinton, Iowa, classifying real estate described as follows: 

             Blocks 10, 11, 12 and 13 of Manufacturer’s First Addition

 in the C-2 (General Commercial) zoning district is hereby amended so that said real estate is classified in the M-1 (Light Industrial) zoning district.

Section 2.       Repealer.  Any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3.       Severability Clause.  If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.

Section 4.       Effective Date.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
