CHAPTER NO. 2277 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 165 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLINTON, IOWA, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3351 HARTS MILL ROAD AND 3355 HARTS MILL ROAD FROM M-1 (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO A-1 (AGRICULTURAL RESERVE). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLINTON, IOWA: Section 1. Amendment. Chapter 165 of the Ordinances of the City of Clinton, Iowa, classifying real estate described as follows: The west half of the south half of the northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 81 North, Range 6th East of the 5th P.M. Location: 3351 and 3355 Harts Mill Road in the M-1 (Light Industrial) zoning district is hereby amended so that said real estate is classified in the A-1 (Agricultural Reserve) zoning district. Section 2. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law. ______________________________ LaMetta K.
