CHAPTER NO. 2257

 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2097 OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLINTON, IOWA BY AMENDING APPENDIX A THERETO BY ADDITIONAL SITES FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITIES AT LYONS MIDDLE SCHOOL, CLINTON HIGH SCHOOL AND LINCOLN ALTERNATIVE HIGH SCHOOL

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLINTON, IOWA:

Section 1.       Amendment.  Appendix A of Ordinance No. 2097 of the Ordinances of the City of Clinton, Iowa, 1999, is hereby amended by adding the following three sites for wireless communication facilities:

             Site Name                                                      Tower Type

             Lyons Middle School                                  Monopole

            Clinton High School                                    Monopole

            Lincoln Alternative High School               Monopole

Section 2.       Repealer.  All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.

 Section 3.       Severability Clause.  If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.

 Section 4.       Effective Date.  This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication as provided by law.
